{"id":2090,"date":"2019-03-09T10:47:39","date_gmt":"2019-03-09T09:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fw-oebb.at\/?p=2090"},"modified":"2019-03-09T10:49:07","modified_gmt":"2019-03-09T09:49:07","slug":"03-03-2019-ofast-schwer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fw-oebb.at\/index.php\/2019\/03\/09\/03-03-2019-ofast-schwer\/","title":{"rendered":"03.03.2019 &#8211; \u00d6FAST schwer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Am Donnerstag, dem 07.03.2019 stellten sich 6 Atemschutzger\u00e4tetr\u00e4ger der Feuerwehr \u00d6BB dem im letzten Jahr eingef\u00fchrten \u00d6sterreichischenFeuerwehrAtemSchutzTest kurz \u00d6FAST. Unter den strengen Augen des Atemschutzwartes mussten die Aufgaben in der vorgegebenen Zeit absolviert werden. Die Aufgaben waren:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0300 Meter gehen (200 Meter ohne 100 Meter mit 2 B-Schl\u00e4uchen) &#8211; in maximal 6 Minuten<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Stiegen steigen (90 Stufen hinauf und 90 herunter) &#8211; in maximal 3,5 Minuten<\/li>\n<li>100 Meter gehen mit 2 Kanistern \u00e1 20 kg &#8211; in maximal 2 Minuten<\/li>\n<li>Hindernisse \u00fcbersteigen und unterkriechen &#8211; in maximal 3 Minuten<\/li>\n<li>1x C-Schlauch aufrollen &#8211; in maximal 2 Minuten<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend hatte jeder 5 Minuten Erholungsphase. Da unsere Feuerwehr auch Chemikalien Schutzanz\u00fcge verwendet, musste jeder den \u00d6FAST schwer bestehen. Nach der Erholungsphase folgten deshalb f\u00fcr alle nochmals die Disziplinen 1 und 2.
